Hello and Welcome! My name is Heather. I attended Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in 2002 and have been practicing massage therapy since 2003. I'm an Ohio native and moved to Madison in 1991. I believe everyone deserves a massage and that everyone can benefit from it. I've worked with people of all ages, backgrounds and body types, and I welcome all. I strive to provide a nurturing experience whether you are here for relaxation/stress relief, pain relief or sports recovery massage. I have training in the following modalities: Swedish massage, NMT, lymphatic massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, sports massage, relaxation massage, spa and hydrotherapy services, Cancer, Aids and Post-Mastectomy massage. Each session incorporates a blend of techniques and is tailored to the individual needs of the client. I love animals, nature, hiking, trail running, music, WERQ and connecting with humans and I look forward to meeting you!
